The Slavic Byzantine Men’s Choir Cantus ex Corde presents an atmospheric spring concert in the characteristic little church of Eygelshoven.

On Sunday 12 April, you are warmly welcome from 3:00 PM (doors open at 2:30 PM) for a musical journey through the rich sound of Slavic Byzantine choral music.

As Orthodox Easter falls on 12 April this year, the choir will perform a special selection from the Orthodox liturgy. The warm and deep voices of the choir create an impressive atmosphere that takes you into the centuries-old traditions of the East.

In addition, Cantus ex Corde will perform several secular works. These pieces tell stories of love, work and farewell, and let you experience how versatile and expressive Slavic male choral music can be.

The choir is conducted by the Latvian conductor Raimonds Linãjs. His inspiring musical approach gives the whole performance a special intensity. This is a unique opportunity for you to experience a remarkable concert in an intimate setting.
