A long-standing tradition on the Sunday before Ascension Day, the Terwinseler Street Market takes place in the streets around the Botanical Garden.

Between 10 am and 5 pm, the streets are filled with lively trade, demonstrations, information, entertainment and sports and games. In short, you will never get bored in Terwinselen.

Traders from all over the country advertise their wares in often original ways. A thousand and one bargains can be found at the Terwinseler Street Market. In addition, some ten to twenty old crafts come from all over the country to present their skills.

The central point of entertainment is Piusplein. Here, musical entertainment will be provided by DJ Henk van Baren of Radio Parkstad, and live music. The beautiful location around the church and Botanical Garden gives special added value to the Terwinseler Street Market.

Still very unique for such an event is the free entry and that already for the 49th time!
